Our competitive bookkeeping prices: Find the price that's right
To help us deliver a top quality service at a price which is right for you, we implement three different fee structures. Once you've chosen the option which is best suited to your needs you can relax, safe in the knowledge that there are no hidden costs or fees attached.
Option 1: Pay by the hour - We charge £15/hour for any of the services we provide, including bookkeeping, payroll, VAT return, management accounts, personal tax and more. By choosing the hourly rate option you give your business financial flexibility - when trade is booming we can increase our hours, and if things drop off we can cut down, saving you money.
Option 2: Agreed Fixed Fees - If you have a good idea of the volume of transactions which need to be processes, we can agree a fixed price in advance. This option means our services can be specifically tailored to fit your business requirements thus reducing costs.
Option 3: Package services - We offer a range of accounting packages, including Limited Company & Partnership Packages and Sole Trader Packages. This option is the most popular with our existing clients as it offers unbeatable value for money with no hidden charges. Choose the package that's right for your business and the results will speak for themselves.
Limited Company & Partnership Packages include: management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT return service. All you need to keep on top of your affairs. Our pricing structure for this package is based on your company turnover and is as follows :
Add-on service: We can provide a monthly payroll service including PAYE and payslip for Limited Company & Partnership Packages. This costs a fixed rate of £20/month for the first 2 employees, and just £5/month for any additional employees.
Sole Trader Packages include: bookkeeping, and personal tax self assessment. This is the essential accounting package for all Sole Traders. Our pricing structure is as follows:
